Shannon Kinney-Duh, creator of A Free Spirit Life, and Ashley Walburn, owner of Home Holistic, are bringing you The Mindful Mama Movement – the podcast, community and retreats that empower mamas, encourage authentic living and celebrate what it means to live an inspired life.

Join us as we bring women from around the world in all stages of motherhood on a journey of learning how to trust ourselves, how to listen to our intuition, how to let go and forgive and how to embrace imperfection in the mess of life. We are practicing mothering from a place of presence, creativity, humor and wisdom.

Ashley is the owner of Home Holistic, a yoga studio and holistic family center based in Overland Park, Kansas. She is a marriage and family therapist, doula, yoga teacher and childbirth educator. Ashley has a gift for supporting women on their journey to becoming a mother, through giving birth and beyond. She created Home Holistic to be a one-stop-yoga and wellness center because she is passionate about helping women strengthen their bodies, heal themselves and find optimal health in every life stage.

Ashley is the mom to 4 boys ages 14, 15, 16 and 24.  She’s been married to her sweetheart for 18 years.

Shannon is the owner of A Free Spirit Life, where she offers e-courses, e-books and coaching packages to inspire and support authentic, creative living. She’s a holistic life coach, yoga teacher, artist, writer and entrepreneur. Shannon has a gift for uplifting, inspiring and nurturing women on their journeys as they awaken to their strength and inner wisdom. She created A Free Spirit Life to encourage women to celebrate their unique brilliance and to give them a safe place to heal, learn and grow.

Shannon is a mom to 3 boys ages 10, 7 and 4 and she’s been married to her sweetheart for 15 years.

The Mindful Mama Movement celebrates, honors and nurtures women on their personal journeys as mothers.

The Mindful Mama Movement inspires women to love who they are, to learn to trust themselves as mothers, to reconnect to their intuition and to awaken to the wisdom of their own mothering hearts.  This movement is uniting women from all stages of motherhood who are learning how to forgive themselves, letting go of the past, giving up worry and who are practicing stepping into the present moment.

The Mindful Mama Movement Podcast will focus on providing inspiration, resources, guidance and humor to help you embrace the mess of life, to find the courage to be imperfect and authentic, and to feel more present, empowered and connected to your children and to your peace, joy, creativity and wisdom.
